Earn $200K+ per year individually OR $300K+ per year with a spouse
Have a net worth of $1M+ (excluding their primary residence)

A former social worker with a passion for financial empowerment, Sunday McIlwain founded Black Girls Buy Apartments to help investors—especially Black women—build wealth through real estate syndication. She saw too many people struggling to access high-value investment opportunities, and she knew there had to be a better way.
With her background in social work and real estate, Sunday has built a company that prioritizes education, opportunity, and community-driven investing. Through Black Girls Buy Apartments, she is creating a path for investors to generate passive income, build generational wealth, and take ownership of their financial future.
